I just listed a 2 bedroom condo apartment in Tenafly for $459,000. This one is located in what used to be the entire Tenafly School System many years ago. Because it was an old school building, this has quite a story behind it.

John Hull Browning was a Mayor of Tenafly and also a very wealthy man. He donated the land and paid for the construction of an Elementary School at the corner of Tenafly Road and W Clinton Ave. Because he did, the school was named the Browning School in his honor when it opened in 1907.
